Prices and Timelines
Order shipments are processed within 10-14 days after the order is placed.
Product prices listed on www.embroplace.com include Value Added Tax (VAT), if applicable. Shipping costs apply to each order. The exact shipping cost depends on the country to which your order is being delivered. Delivery time and the cost of your order are calculated automatically when placing your order and may vary depending on your location and the total volume of your cart.

UPS® Standard Transit time varies depending on the country of origin and destination. Day definite, by end of day.
UPS Worldwide Saver® Air service with deliveries in 1 to 3 business days, depending on the destination, typically delivered by end of day.
UPS Express® Air service with deliveries in 1 to 3 business days, depending on the destination, typically delivered by 10:30 a.m. or noon.


Package Tracking

Once your order is handed over to the delivery service, you will receive a tracking number and a link for tracking your order at your email address. If you have any questions regarding your shipment, you can always contact the delivery company.

International Standard
International economy shipping is available for some countries (Australia, Switzerland). If you have selected "International Economy Class" as your shipping method, it means that your package will be handed over to the Portuguese delivery company (CTT EXPRESSO), which will then transfer it to your national postal service. Once your order is transferred to the delivery service, you will receive a tracking number and tracking link in your email. If you have any questions about the status of your order after it's shipped, we recommend contacting your national postal service for more accurate real-time updates. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact your national postal service immediately and file a claim. Please note that Embroplace is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to provide you with any information needed to support your claim.

Timely Receipt of Packages
The buyer is responsible for tracking and receiving the package in a timely manner. If the buyer does not receive the package on time, the package will be returned to the sender. Please inquire about the exact storage period with the postal company. Financial expenses related to returning the package to the sender (Embroplace) and re-shipping to the buyer are the buyer's responsibility.

Incorrect Delivery Address/Changing Delivery Address

If you have provided the wrong address or want to change the delivery address, please send an email to info@embroplace.com as soon as possible so that we can make the necessary changes. Once your order has been shipped, we will not be able to change the address, and your order will be delivered to the specified address. We cannot offer reimbursement for an incorrect address, so please double-check the information you provide (house number, apartment number, etc.). Financial expenses related to returning the package to the sender (Embroplace) and re-shipping to the buyer are the buyer's responsibility.

Duties and Taxes
For all deliveries outside the European Union, import duties (levies, import duties, VAT) may be imposed by the destination country. These are calculated based on the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of goods and are charged as soon as your package reaches your country. We do not withhold duties and taxes during the order process and cannot predict your potential duties. In the event of additional duties, the buyer is responsible for covering these expenses. Please contact your local customs office for more information about your country's policy.

Embroplace cannot be held responsible for any actions, expenses, taxes, and/or delays associated with customs and/or your local postal company over which it has no control. Delivery times are provided as a guide only and do not account for possible delays caused by payment authorization, item availability, and customs delays.
