NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES

All physical goods on Embroplace.com are made to order and customized with machine embroidery according to your specifications after payment. Production begins only after the order is placed and confirmed.

As each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

 

CANCELLING AN ORDER BEFORE DELIVERY

Each item is made specifically for you. Once your order and payment are received, we immediately place an order for the blank garment with the factory based on your chosen specifications. After the blank arrives, we begin embroidery according to your request.

Because this process begins shortly after the order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of payment.
