PRODUCTION TIME
Premium items: Production time is 2–3 weeks
Standard items: Ready for shipment within 3–5 days
Production time does not include delivery time.
In rare cases, production time may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances.
SHIPPING METHOD AND TIME
All orders are shipped from Portugal.
UPS Shipping DDP (for USA): Delivery time typically 5–21 business days.
All import duties and taxes are included in the total price — no additional payments are required upon delivery.
UPS® Standard: Transit time varies by country; typically 5–7 business days. Day-definite, delivered by end of day.
UPS Worldwide Saver®: Air service with delivery in 1–3 business days, depending on destination. Typically delivered by end of day.
UPS Express®: Air service with delivery in 1–3 business days, depending on destination. Typically delivered by 10:30 a.m. or noon.
International Standard: Delivery in 4–21 business days.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs apply to each order and are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your location and the total volume of your cart.
PACKAGE TRACKING
Once your order is handed over to the delivery service, you will receive a tracking number and a tracking link via email.
You can also track your order by entering the tracking number here on our website.
For any questions regarding your shipment, you can contact the delivery company directly.
ABOUT INTERNATIONAL STANDARD SHIPPING
If you selected "International Standard" as your shipping method, your package will be shipped from Portugal via CTT (the national postal service of Portugal). Once it arrives in your country, it is transferred to your national postal service for final delivery.
You can track the package on your local postal service’s website once it has entered your country.
If you have questions about your order after it has shipped, please contact your national postal service for the most accurate, real-time updates.
If your package is lost by the shipping company, please contact us.
Example: For shipments from Portugal to the United Kingdom, the package is transferred from CTT to Royal Mail upon arrival in the UK.
DUTIES AND TAXES (VAT/TAX)
For all EU countries, VAT is already included in the product price.
For the United States, all import duties and taxes are fully covered by us.
Orders to the USA are shipped via UPS DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — this means there are no additional import fees or customs payments required upon delivery. The total price you see at checkout already includes all applicable import costs.
For deliveries outside the European Union and the United States (including the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and other countries), additional charges such as VAT, import duties, and customs fees may apply upon import. These charges are determined by your local customs office, based on the country of origin and the classification of the goods.
We do not collect or estimate these charges at checkout. The buyer is responsible for any additional import fees and charges. Please contact your local customs office for details regarding your country’s regulations.
Please note: In many countries there is a minimum import-value threshold (de minimis) below which no import duties or taxes are charged. It is your responsibility to check your country’s rules for clothing imports and to know at what amount customs may apply fees.
For example, in the United Kingdom, goods with a total value up to £135 are not subject to import duty (though VAT may still apply) under current rules.
Embroplace is not responsible for any actions, charges, taxes, or delays related to customs or the shipping carrier, as these are beyond our control. Delivery times are estimates only and do not account for potential delays caused by payment processing, item availability, or customs clearance.

FILLING OUT RECIPIENT INFORMATION
All recipient details and the delivery address must be entered in Latin characters only.
This is required by international postal and customs services. Orders cannot be shipped if the information is not provided in Latin characters.
TIMELY RECEIPT OF PACKAGES
The buyer is responsible for tracking the shipment and receiving the package on time. If the package is not collected within the designated time, it will be returned to the sender.
Please check with your postal service for the exact storage period in your country.
All costs related to the return of the package to Embroplace and re-shipping it to the buyer are the responsibility of the buyer.
INCORRECT OR CHANGING DELIVERY ADDRESS
If you entered an incorrect address or need to change it, please contact us at info@embroplace.com as soon as possible.
Once the order has shipped, the address cannot be changed, and the package will be delivered to the originally provided address.
We cannot offer reimbursement for incorrectly provided addresses, so please double-check all details (house number, apartment, etc.).
Any costs related to returning the package due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, as well as re-shipping, are the buyer’s responsibility.
UNCLAIMED ORDERS AND PACKAGES
If the customer does not respond within 6 months after we have contacted them by email to confirm the delivery address or arrange re-shipment, we reserve the right to withhold a refund and not return the product.
We consider 6 months a reasonable period for the buyer to respond. During this time, we make reasonable efforts to contact the customer using the email address provided at checkout.
