Refund policy


Any physical goods on the site with embroidery (from section Embroidery art and Custom services), which Embroplace will create following your specifications after payment. Embroplace will send the goods to your address. Production time about 7-14 business days.

We only do custom machine embroidery on clothes. This means that we start embroidering on clothes only after your order and according to your specifications.


Custom orders cannot be cancelled before shipment because we start doing custom products as soon as we receive the order. The right of withdrawal does not apply as the product is made to your specification or clearly personalized.

The product prices displayed on the are inclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT), as applicable. Shipping rates are applied per order. The exact shipping rates depend on the country where your order is being delivered to.

Shipping time and price of your order is calculated automatically at the checkout, depending on your location. As soon as your order is transferred to the shipping service, you will receive a track number at your email address. We send all orders by CTT EXPRESSO delivery service company. When the package arrives in your country, it can be tracked on the website of your local postal delivery company using the same tracking number that we sent you.
The buyer is responsible for tracking and receiving the package on time. If the buyer does not receive the package on time, the package will be returned to the sender. Depending on the country, the parcel storage time at the delivery point ranges from 10-30 days. Please check with your local postal company for exact times. The buyer pays all additional costs associated with delivering the goods to the sender and resending the parcel.

For all deliveries outside the EU, import duties may be charged (fees, import duties, VAT), which are determined by the destination country. They are calculated according to the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods and are levied once your package reaches your country. We does not withhold duties and taxes during the checkout process and cannot predict what your possible duties will be: in the event that such additional duties are incurred, they must be paid in order for your package to be cleared. In this case, the customer is responsible for the costs incurred. Please contact your local customs office for more information about your country's policies.

Embroplace cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs and/or your local postal delivery company, over which it has no control. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or customs delays. We are unable to deliver to post office boxes. All orders are fully traceable with your tracking number.

All orders are sent by the carrier CTT Expresso. As long as the parcel is in Portugal, it can be fully tracked on the website When the package arrives in your country, it can be tracked on the website of your local postal delivery company using the same tracking number that we sent you. You can always contact your local delivery service if you have questions regarding your shipment.

If you included the wrong address, please send an email as soon as possible for us to change it. Once your order ships, we will not be able to change the address and your order will be sent to the address provided! We cannot offer a refund for a mistaken address, so please read carefully when inputting your information! (apartment numbers, units, ect.). There will be an additional fee for reshipping, which will be paid by the buyer.


Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for damage. If it appears that the products are damaged, please do not accept the shipment.
